Document Updates: Tax Information Authorization Form (Cx801)

Sep 30, 2024

Topics: Document Updates

We have recently updated our Cx801 Tax Information Authorization Form, which is a duplicate of the IRS Form 8821. This document is only used upon request and is applicable to a limited number of clients.

The update to the Tax Information Authorization form (Cx801) now allows for eSign functionality on a global scale. With the new default coding, areas without fields can be filled in during eSigning, including the Signature/Date area.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 8, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584
