Clients who have not yet submitted any needed customizations to accurately disclose their ROV process in Cx27674 “Notice of Right to Request a Reconsideration of Value (ROV)” are asked to contact Docutech’s Client Support immediately in order to meet the go-live date of October 31, 2024.

Recently, a [**Questions and Answers document**](https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/SFH/documents/Q_and_As_FHA_Appraisal_Review_ROV_10_08_24.pdf?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery) was published by FHA which may be useful in helping clients determine what customizations might be needed in Cx27674.

Docutech previously [**announced**](https://compliance.docutech.com/2024/07/17/document-updates-new-notice-of-right-to-request-a-reconsideration-of-value-rov-cx27674/) the creation of new generic document Cx27674. This is a customizable document, but Docutech has included generic default language in compliance with Fannie Mae Single Family Selling Guide B4-1.3-12, Freddie Mac Single Family Seller Servicer Guide 5604.4, and FHA Single Family Housing Policy Handbook 4000.1 II.A.3.a.ix.A & II.B.4.a.ii.H.1.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 31, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
