Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

To improve functionality of the e-sign process, we have added the option to make the borrower initials fields compatible with e-sign on Cx5100 NY Pre-Application Disclosure for Licensed Bankers, Cx3710 Prevailing Interest Rate Commitment, Cx3588 NY Interest Rate Lock Commitment, and Cx5099 NY Lock In Agreement.
These changes are available for testing on Stage servers and will be in effect on December 18, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
