Font Size Change For Various Texas Disclosures

Texas has updated its document requirements for various disclosures to require at least 12 point font starting January 1, 2025. See 7 TAC § 55.3, 7 TAC § 56.3, 7 TAC § 57.3, 7 TAC § 58.3 and 7 TAC § 59.3. We have updated the following documents to 12-point font to ensure compliance:

Cx2999 TX Mortgage Banker Disclosure
Cx3581 Disclosure of Multiple Roles in a Consumer Real Estate Transaction
Cx3883 TX Residential Mortgage Loan Originator Disclosure
Cx16006 TX Disclosure of Servicing Complaints
Cx16682 TX Mortgage Banker Conditional Approval Letter (Form B)
Cx16683 TX Mortgage Company Conditional Approval Letter (Form B)
Cx16684 TX Mortgage Banker Conditional Qualification Letter (Form A)
Cx16685 TX Mortgage Company Conditional Qualification Letter (Form A)
Cx19606 TX Lock-In Agreement
