The Massachusetts Department of Banking has announced on their website that they will be moving. Starting February 7, 2025, all mail should be directed to:

One Federal Street, Suite 710  
 Boston, MA 02110-2012

Cx3852 MA Mortgage Review Board Notice, Cx16146 MA Insurance Disclosure, and Cx18935 MA Insurance Disclosure (Credit Unions) include the address for the Massachusetts Division of Banks. We have updated the address on these forms.

This change is available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on February 7, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
