Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

We have updated the logic tied to one of the checkboxes on Cx2889. We are changing the field associated with the checkbox for “There is a beneficial change for the Borrower in the duration of the loan.” to Field 121766 “Net Tangible Benefit – Beneficial Change in Duration of Loan”. If FI 121766 is equal to “yes”, the checkbox for section “There is a beneficial change for the Borrower in the duration of the loan.” will now be checked.
This change is available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on February 11, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
