Global Data Integrity Checks: Remove Freddie Mac Restriction from Cooperative Loan Warning

ConformX has the following global Data Integrity Error that fires in non-Closing packages:

ConformX does not support cooperative loans that are for HELOCs, investment properties, junior liens, construction loans, PUDs, condominiums, or for any loans that are not conventional (i.e., VA, FHA, RD/USDA)

We are modifying the logic for this DI Check Warning to remove a field that triggered the Warning for Freddie Mac loans (FI 27242 “Documents To Use”), since Freddie Mac cooperatives are supported in ConformX. There is a similar DI Check Error that fires in Closing packages that already has the correct logic in place.

These Data Integrity Check changes are on Stage 1 and Stage 2 servers for testing. These changes will be in effect on ConformX Production servers on February 14, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
