Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

As previously announced, we have created a revised set of FHA security instruments and notes that are based on the 2021(effective 2023) GSE forms. In a later announcement, we gave a timeline of the rollout of these documents and the discontinuation of the old FHA notes and instruments.
All clients received the new forms by default in October 1, 2024 unless Docutech client support was notified that they wished to remain on the old versions.
As of April 1, 2025, the old FHA notes and security instruments will no longer be supported by Docutech. The old documents will only be available to clients as custom forms. The new FHA security instruments based on the 2021 (effective 2023) GSE forms will be Docutech’s only standard FHA instruments and notes supported after this date.
The new documents are configured to print based on field 152151 “Use New FNMA/FHLMC Legal Documents (07/2021)”. Clients should review any mappings they have related to this field prior to utilizing the new forms. A list of the new FHA legal documents can be found here.
