After review, Docutech has decided to have the language in Cx1062 “Fixed Rate Note New Hampshire Second” mirror the language in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Uniform Instrument Form 3230 “New Hampshire Fixed Rate Note.”
Cx1062 has been updated with the addition of Paragraph 3(C) “Acceptance and Application of Partial Payments” to Paragraph 3 “Payments” which is specific to New Hampshire notes.
This change is available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on March 13, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
