Document Updates: Two California Deeds of Trust (Cx25283 and Cx26120)

San Francisco Bus. & Tax Regulations § 1102.1 requires that:

“Every document pertaining to real property that is submitted for recordation needs to show on the face of the document the Assessor’s current parcel number, or numbers, and the commonly-know situs and/ or street name and number of the real property described therein.”

As the Parcel Identification Number is already printing on CA Deed of Trust 2021 (Cx25283) and FHA CA Deed of Trust 2021 (Cx26120), we have added the Property Address to print on the first page of Cx25283 and Cx26120.
