We have updated item 4 of our Builders Certification – HUD-92541 (Cx3971). Previously, the form was missing a blank line on item 4 to indicate which International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) the property complies with. That line has been added.
This update has been made to Cx3971 and is available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers. These changes will take effect on April 26, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
