To be more consistent with the information required in the “Parties” definitions in the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac first lien security instrument model forms, Docutech has added the Trustee address to all second lien Deeds of Trust.

Small grammatical updates have also been made so that the references “Trustor,” “Trustee,” “Grantor,” “Grantee,” and “Lender” appear directly after the corresponding populated fields.

Consequently, the following documents have been updated:

Additionally, for the State of Virginia, previous language referring to the Trustee as “a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia” has been replaced with “a Virginia resident and/or a United States- or Virginia-organized corporation or other permissible entity.”

**UPDATE:**

For Cx509 “TN Deed of Trust Second” and Cx516 “WV Deed of Trust Second”, the full Trustee address does not print because the language consistent with the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac first lien security instrument model forms (“a resident of” and “who resides at”, respectively) prints the applicable county when Field 2014 “Trustee Resident Of” is populated.

**UPDATE:**

For Cx472 “CO Deed of Trust Second”, the full Trustee address does not print because the language consistent with the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac first lien security instrument model form (“is the Public Trustee of \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ County, Colorado) prints the applicable county when Field 1278 “Property County” is populated.
