POSTPONED – Document Updates: Arkansas Addendum to Statement of Credit Denial, Termination, or Change (Cx15905)

The Arkansas Legislature passed Senate Bill 240 which repealed Arkansas Code §4-93-104(a)(4).  Subsection (4) previously required the adverse action notice to contain the Social Security number of the consumer. Now that subsection (4) has been repealed we are retiring Cx15905 for Arkansas which discloses the Social Security number.

Update:
Bills in Arkansas go live 90 days after the end of the legislative session. The Regular Session of the 95th General Assembly adjourned May 5, 2025, which means that these changes will go live in early August. Changes have been reverted and will be re-announced closer to the effective date.
