After review, Docutech has created the new Field 193623 “Section 184 Loan Guarantee Program Underwriting Type” for ease in selecting the appropriate checkbox located in Section 7 of Cx7910. The two checkbox options are: 1) Direct Guarantee Underwritten; and 2) HUD Underwritten.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on June 3, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.

New logic has been added to Field 193623 so it can function properly when Field 2279 “State Code” = Hawaii.
