After review, Docutech has updated the phrase beneath the title “Pennsylvania Lock-In Agreement” in Cx15748:

From:   Made Pursuant to Pa. Stat. Ann. tit. 7, §§6102, 6121(11), & 6123(7)

To:       Made Pursuant to 7 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 6102, 6121(11) & 6123(a)(7)

Sec. 6123(7) was recently renumbered to Sec. 6123(a)(7).
