Recently, we announced here that we updated Cx1570 (Maine Notification to Buyer of Withholding Tax Requirement). We have made further updates to Cx1570 to allow the real estate escrow person to be able to eSign using our Global Lender Signature functionality. As the definition of “Real Estate Escrow Person” is fairly broad, our logic will print the Lender name/title if sent, otherwise the logic will print the loan officer name/title.
These changes will be available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers. These changes will take effect on June 13, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
