Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

Previously we announced the addition of Beneficiary/Lender Fields on the security instruments. (Please see here). We have continued to make updates. This time we are adding these fields to the “NOTICE” section in our HELOC security instruments. Please note that the fields will only print if the fields are populated.
Additionally, we have updated the California (Cx1362 HELOC CA Deed of Trust) and Louisiana (Cx1356 HELOC LA Mortgage) HELOCs to include the same NOTICE language that is in the other HELOC security Instruments. The notice language is more consistent in rights with the language provided in the FNMA model forms. They will also include the Beneficiary/Lender Fields.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on June 24, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
