(Please see [here](https://compliance.docutech.com/2024/06/14/document-updates-optional-beneficiary-lender-name-and-address-on-the-security-instrument/)).  We have continued to make updates.  This time we are adding these fields to the “NOTICE” section in our HELOC security instruments. Please note that the fields will only print if the fields are populated. Additionally, we have updated the California (Cx1362 HELOC CA Deed of Trust) and Louisiana (Cx1356 HELOC LA Mortgage) HELOCs to include the same NOTICE language that is in the other HELOC security Instruments.  The notice language is more consistent in rights with the language provided in the FNMA model forms.  They will also include the Beneficiary/Lender Fields. These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on June 24, 2025.
