After review, Docutech has updated the following items in Cx1529 “ME Assignment of Mortgage” to match Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Uniform Instrument Form 3749 “MERS Mortgage Assignment (Maine)”:

- - The version date has been updated to “07/2021” in the footer;
    - A comma has been added after the word “title” in the second paragraph; and
    - A comma has been added after the word “Subservicer” in Exhibit A, Section 5(d).

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on July 3, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
