After review, Docutech has updated the following items in Cx1529 “ME Assignment of Mortgage” to match Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Uniform Instrument Form 3749 “MERS Mortgage Assignment (Maine)”:

- The version date has been updated to “07/2021” in the footer;
- A comma has been added after the word “title” in the second paragraph; and
- A comma has been added after the word “Subservicer” in Exhibit A, Section 5(d).
