The Department indicates that Cx2999 should print when a licensee is “a Texas Mortgage Banker or licensed as a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator that is sponsored by a Texas Mortgage Banker \[pursuant to Texas Finance Code § 157\].” The Department also indicates that Cx3883 should print when a licensee is “a Texas Mortgage Company or a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator that is sponsored by a Texas Mortgage Company \[pursuant to Texas Finance Code § 156\].” Previously, Cx2999 printed when Lender Is A Broker (18205) = No. This configuration did not take into consideration printing for Residential Mortgage Loan Originators that are sponsored by Texas Mortgage Bankers \[pursuant to Texas Finance Code § 157\]. To rectify this, **Cx2999** will now print under the following conditions: **Condition 1** State Code (2279) = Texas Document Package Type (18215) = Initial Disclosure Lender Is A Broker (18205) = No Texas License Type (118757) = Not Selected **Condition 2** State Code (2279) = Texas Document Package Type (18215) = Initial Disclosure Texas License Type (118757) = Chapter 157 And, **Cx3883** will now print under the following conditions: **Condition 1** State Code (2279) = Texas Document Package Type (18215) = Initial Disclosure Lender Is A Broker (18205) = Yes Texas License Type (118757) = Not Selected **Condition 2** State Code (2279) = Texas Document Package Type (18215) = Initial Disclosure Texas License Type (118757) = Chapter 156 Texas License Type (118757) = Chapter 158 Texas License Type (118757) = Chapters 156 & 157 Texas License Type (118757) = Chapters 156 & 158 Texas License Type (118757) = Chapters 156, 157, & 158 Texas License Type (118757) = Chapters 157 & 158 Texas License Type (118757) = Other License Type (National, 342, etc.) Additionally, the Cx ID “3883” remains the same, but the document description has been updated in Docutech’s document library from “TX Residential Mortgage Loan Originator Disclosure” to “TX Mortgage Company Disclosure”. These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on July 4, 2025.
