The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released Mortgagee Letter 2025-15, which rescinds the requirement for all FHA loans to use the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF). The two standard SCIF documents in our library are:
– Supplemental Consumer Information Form (Cx23518)
– Spanish Translation Aid Supplemental Consumer Information Form (Cx23519)
Previously, Field 153076 “Print Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF)” was globally standard value mapped to “Yes” for all FHA loans (based on Loan Type, FI 1066) when “Application Date” (FI 147) is on or after August 28, 2023 (the effective date of the prior requirement). The global standard value field mapping that defaulted the indicator to “Yes” for FHA loans will be removed. SCIF documents will no longer print for FHA loans by default.
These changes are on Stage 1 and Stage 2 for testing and will be put on ConformX Production on July 8, 2025 . If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
