Document Update: Logic Update to VA Loan Analysis (Cx5533)

We have made a minor logic change to Cx5533 VA Loan Analysis. We have updated the logic used for box 45b, which asks which automated underwriting system was used, if any. Previously, 45b used FI 31327 "AUS Type" to determine which AUS was used. We have updated the logic to first pull from FI 35822 "VA AUS Used". If there is no value input in FI 35822 “VA AUS Used”, 45b will then pull from FI 31327 “AUS Type”. 

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 28, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
