Document Update: Manufactured Home Affixation Affidavit (Cx28947)

We recently created a new Manufactured Home Affixation Affidavit document (Cx28947) that can be used as a standalone, recordable document.
We have also made additional updates to help ensure the document meets applicable recording standards. Changes include:
- Added a “Prepared By” section to the Michigan version of the document.
- Added grantor and grantee information (including marital status) to the Missouri version of the document.
These changes will be available for testing on the Stage and Stage 2 servers and will go into effect on May 6, 2026. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
