Document Updates: Addition of Second Set of Print Conditions to West Virginia Supplemental Closing Statement (Cx19709)

As previously announced, we added late payment penalty language to Cx19709 “WV Supplemental Closing Statement” which mirrors the language and document logic from Cx21652 “HELOC Agreement.”
We have added a second set of print conditions so Cx19709 will print in all West Virginia HELOC packages regardless of whether a loan is TRID or non-TRID.
The second set of print conditions are:
State Code (FI 2279) = West Virginia
Document Package Type (FI 18215) = Closing
Heloc (FI 28859) = Yes
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 9, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
