As [**previously announced**](https://compliance.docutech.com/document-updates-west-virginia-supplemental-closing-statement-cx19709), we added late payment penalty language to Cx19709 “WV Supplemental Closing Statement” which mirrors the language and document logic from Cx21652 “HELOC Agreement.”

We have added a second set of print conditions so Cx19709 will print in all West Virginia HELOC packages regardless of whether a loan is TRID or non-TRID.

The second set of print conditions are:

State Code (FI 2279) = West Virginia

Document Package Type (FI 18215) = Closing

Heloc (FI 28859) = Yes

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on October 9, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
