Document Updates: Credit Score Sections of VA Loan Summary Sheet and VA Loan Analysis (Cx57 and Cx5533)

Jun 12, 2026

Topics: Document Updates

We are updating the credit score fields on two VA documents to better support multiple VA home loan entitlements with certain LOS partners. These VA credit score fields have been renamed and expanded to support Borrowers 3 and 4:

    • Veteran 1 Median Credit Score (FI 35824)
    • Veteran 2 Median Credit Score (FI 143064)
    • Veteran 3 Median Credit Score (FI  194622)
    • Veteran 4 Median Credit Score (FI 194623)

The credit score logic used in these VA documents has been updated to print the applicable “Veteran x Median Credit Score” field when populated:

    • VA Loan Summary Sheet (VA Form 26-0286, Cx57) in “48. CREDIT SCORE (Enter the median credit score for the veteran only)” and
    • VA Loan Analysis (VA Form 26-6393, Cx5533) in “46. BORROWER MEDIAN CREDIT SCORE” and “48. CO-BORROWER MEDIAN CREDIT SCORE”.

If "Veteran x Median Credit Score" is empty, "Borrower x Middle Credit Score" will print if it contains a value.

If both "Veteran x Median Credit Score" and "Borrower x Middle Credit Score" are empty, setting "Borrower x Credit Score Agency Disclosure Type" to Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion will continue to trigger printing of the corresponding "Borrower x [Agency] Credit Score" field.

These changes are available for testing on Stage and Stage 2 servers and will take effect on June 19, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
