Document Updates: Cx15905 Arkansas Addendum to Statement of Credit Denial, Termination, or Change

In the May 6, 2025 announcement titled “POSTPONED - Document Updates: Arkansas Addendum to Statement of Credit Denial, Termination, or Change (Cx15905)”, we announced that the Arkansas Legislature passed Senate Bill 240 which repealed Arkansas Code §4-93-104(a)(4). Subsection (4) required the adverse action notice to contain the Social Security number of the consumer. We provided Cx15905 to comply with that provision, but now that subsection (4) has been repealed we are retiring Cx15905 for Arkansas. The effective date for this change is August 4, 2025.
