Document Updates: eSign Initials on NV Reasonable Means Disclosure (Cx12913)

We have updated the eSign behavior of the NV Reasonable Means Disclosure (Cx12913).

The document contains an initials field in the lower-right corner. When the document is completed through eSign, Borrower 1 will now be prompted to provide their initials in this field.

This update aligns the electronic signing experience with the initials field appearing on the document.

These changes are available for testing on Stage and Stage 2 servers and will take effect on September 1, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
