Document Updates: First Lien Vesting Field Added to Requests for Notice of Default (Various CxIDs)

In recognizing that the current “Borrower Vesting” field (FI 2226) may not exactly match the “First Lien Vesting” field (FI 41973), Docutech has added the “First Lien Vesting” field to the Requests for Notice of Default in the following documents:

• Cx471 CA Deed of Trust Second

• Cx496 NE Deed of Trust Second

• Cx3044 HELOC Deed of Trust – NE

• Cx3475 CA Request For Notice of Default

• Cx4885 ME HELOC Notice of Mortgage and Request for Notice of Default

• Cx15163 NE Request for Notice

• Cx22821 NV Request for Notice of Default and Sale

The “First Lien Vesting” field will print if it has a value. If the “First Lien Vesting” field does not have a value, the “Borrower Vesting” field will continue to print by default.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on September 17, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
