Document Updates: HELOC Notice Section Field Updates

Previously we announced the use of optional beneficiary fields for use on our security instruments notice section. We have made further enhancements to the HELOC security instruments. We have added another set of notice fields so that the lender can have more flexibility in determining where borrower must mail notices they give to the lender after closing. The new notice fields are:

In addition, we are making adjustments to Cx1362 (HELOC CA Deed of Trust), Cx1356 (HELOC LA Mortgage) and Cx1374 (HELOC Deed of Trust) in the notice section. The following HELOC security instruments currently use dt_LenderFullAddress/@v by default in the Notice section instead of dt_LenderFullMailAddr/@v. We are going to change them to dt_LenderFullMailAddr/@v.
