Document Updates: Logic Update to VA Form 26-6393 – Loan Analysis (Cx5533)

Last Fall, we made a minor logic change to Cx5533 “VA Loan Analysis” by updating the custom logic used for Box 45b “Select System Used” which requires identification of the Automated Underwriting System (AUS), i.e., LP, DU or Other. This change has now been expanded for generic logic as well.

Previously, Box 45b used FI 31327 “AUS Type” to determine which AUS was used. Instead, we have updated the logic to first pull data from FI 35822 “VA AUS Used”. If there is no value input in FI 35822 “VA AUS Used”, Box 45b will then pull data from FI 31327 “AUS Type”.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on August 20, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
