It has come to our attention that the **Cx865 Signature/Name Affidavit and Cx7965 Signature/Name Affidavit (NPE)** was missing this information when the **Security Instrument Notary State (FI 1820)** was set to *Louisiana*. While notaries could manually add these details, for ease of use and consistency across documents, we have added a line for the notary ID and a line to designate the parish where the notary is qualified to both documents. These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on November 14, 2025.
