We have made updates to Cx4297 OR Float or Lock Agreement to reflect recent changes to the model form found on the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation website. The following changes have been made:
- The phone number has been updated to match the current phone number of the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation
- The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation email has been added to the header
- The date on the footer has been updated
- Minor formatting changes throughout
