The Board voted to repeal Rules 5.7 and 5.8 which means that Mortgage Loan Originators are no longer required to provide the Tangible Net Benefit Disclosure Form to consumers. The model form will be removed from the Colorado Division of Real Estate website when the new rules take effect on September 30, 2025. As such, Docutech is retiring Cx12873 “CO Tangible Net Benefit Disclosure”. Cx12873 will continue to print for clients with custom configurations. These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on September 30, 2025.
