Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

On July 28, 2025, Docutech announced (at: https://compliance.docutech.com/document-updates-testing-available-for-usda-form-rd-3555-21-request-for-single-family-housing-loan-guarantee-cx18893) that Stage & Stage 2 server testing was available for Cx18893 “Request for SFH Loan Guarantee - Form RD 3555-21” based on the advance notice copy published by the USDA on June 26, 2025.
On August 5, 2025, the USDA published the finalized model form of RD 3555-21. Two additional updates to the form are:
- The review date is now “08/25”.
- The new burden statement prints in its entirety at the end of the document because Docutech does not currently have the capability to embed a popup box for the “View Burden Statement” button.
These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on August 19, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
