Document Updates: Use of Multiple VA Home Loan Entitlements on a Single VA Loan

Docutech has updated the following documents to better support the use of multiple VA Home Loan entitlements on a single VA loan:

• Cx5533 (VA Form 26-6393) Loan Analysis
  • This document will print per veteran, with the veteran’s information appearing in the boxes for “Borrower” and/or “Applicant”.
  • If the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) (Fannie Mae Form 1003) information indicates that there is another borrower on the same 1003, the additional borrower's information will appear in the boxes for “Spouse” and/or “Co-Borrower”.
  • The old version of the document code triggered with field 173305 Print April 2023 'VA Loan Analysis' and 'Report and Certification of Loan Disbursement' = No, has been removed.
• Cx52 (VA Form 26-1820) Report and Certification of Loan Disbursement
  • This document will print per veteran, with the veteran’s information appearing in boxes for “Veteran”.
  • If the URLA information indicates that there is another borrower on the same 1003, the additional borrower's information will appear in boxes for “Co-Obligor”.
  • Fields from the 2021 URLA will be used to populate the gender selection in the “VOLUNTARY INFORMATION FOR GOVERNMENT MONITORING PURPOSES” section.
  • The old version of the document code triggered with field 173305 Print April 2023 'VA Loan Analysis' and 'Report and Certification of Loan Disbursement' = No, has been removed.
• Cx57 (VA Form 26-0286) VA Loan Summary
  • This document will print per veteran, with the veteran’s information appearing in boxes for “Veteran”.
  • If the URLA information indicates that there is another borrower on the same 1003, the additional borrower's information will appear in boxes for “Spouse”.
• Cx26687 (VA Form 26-1880) Request for a Certificate of Eligibility for VA Home Loan Benefits
  • This document will print per veteran, with the veteran’s information appearing in boxes for “Veteran”.
  • A new field was created to populate the box selection for “INDICATE HOW YOU WILL USE YOUR CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY” in the Section III, Box 12.
• Cx17559 (VA Form 26-8106) Statement of Veteran Assuming GI Loan (Substitution of Entitlement)
  • This document will print once per loan.
  • The signature code has been updated to ensure that signature lines are produced on the document for all Borrowers who are Veterans to sign.

These document updates will support up to four (4) separate veterans based on the following fields:

• 49931 Borrower 1 Veteran Status
• 49935 Borrower 2 Veteran Status
• 49940 Borrower 3 Veteran Status
• 49945 Borrower 4 Veteran Status

**Please note that these changes are limited to four (4) borrowers per loan regardless of marital or veteran status**
