The following Texas disclosures have been updated to include a citation in the top left corner, along with minor formatting adjustments. The affected documents are:

- TX Mortgage Company Disclosure Cx3883 (Figure: 7 TAC 56.200(b))
- TX Mortgage Banker Conditional Approval Letter (Form B) Cx16682 (Figure: 7 TAC 57.201(b))
- TX Mortgage Company Conditional Approval Letter (Form B) Cx16683 (Figure: 7 TAC 56.201(b))
- TX Mortgage Banker Conditional Qualification Letter (Form A) Cx16684 (Figure: 7 TAC 57.201(a))
- TX Mortgage Company Conditional Qualification Letter (Form A) Cx16685 (Figure: 7 TAC 56.201(a))
