Document Updates: Wisconsin Mortgage Broker Agreement (Cx14547)

Cx14547 “WI Mortgage Broker Agreement” is based on the three iterations of the model form found on the State of Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions website.

Prior to update, in the top lefthand corner of Cx14547:

1) field data printed the “Mortgage Broker Company Name,” “Mortgage Broker’s Address,” and “Mortgage Broker's Telephone Number” without any preceding identification labels; and

2) below those printed fields, the identification label “Company NMLS#” appeared followed by its corresponding field data.

To mirror the model form more closely, we have updated Cx14547:

1) to print the identification labels “Mortgage Broker Company Name,” “Mortgage Broker’s Address,” and “Mortgage Broker's Telephone Number” preceding their corresponding field data; and

2) to print the identification label “Mortgage Broker’s Unique Identifier” instead of “Company NMLS#” since state identifiers are acceptable and do not necessarily match NMLS numbers.

All field configurations remain the same.
