Wyoming Statutes §§ 40-23-113(e)(ii) and 40-23-114(d)(ii) prohibit lenders and brokers (respectively) from receiving any increased fee that benefits them over the amount(s) disclosed on the most recent good faith estimate, unless the increase was not reasonably foreseeable. These statutes also require lenders and brokers to provide a clear written explanation for any such fee increase and the reason for charging an amount that exceeds the one(s) previously disclosed.

To satisfy this disclosure requirement, we provide Forms Cx19752 (Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase (TRID)) and Cx16634 (Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase). We are making a minor revision to these forms to cite both statutes, §§ 40-23-113(e)(ii) and 40-23-114(d)(ii), to make it clearer that the forms are intended to comply with this statutory requirement for both lenders and brokers.

These changes are available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on July 30, 2026). If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
