Global Required Field Prompt Update: Construction Loan Interest Rate (FI 539)

Exclude Interest for Term of Loan” (FI 51916) is used to identify loan programs with a 0% interest rate. The global required field prompt for “Construction Loan Interest Rate” (FI 539) has been updated to include “Exclude Interest for Term of Loan” (FI 51916).

“Construction Loan Interest Rate” (FI 539) is no longer required when “Exclude Interest for Term of Loan” (FI 51916) = “Yes”.

This change is available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on April 1, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
