Updated Announcement:
As previously announced, this disclosure was created to fulfill the requirements of Connecticut Legislature’s HB 5208 amendments to Conn. Gen. Stat. Ann. § 49-7b and configured to print in Initial Disclosures.
Due to some ambiguity in the amended statute, we revised the print configuration to allow clients to print this disclosure in either Initial Disclosure packages, Closing packages, or both.
To provide clients greater flexibility to determine which package(s) should include this disclosure, We have now expanded the configuration options to allow clients to choose to print this disclosure in any package.
These changes are available for testing on Stage and Stage 2 servers and will take effect on August 21, 2026. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
