On December 14, 2017 FHLMC published Bulletin 2017-28 (available at: http://www.freddiemac.com/singlefamily/news/2017/1214_guide_bulletin_2017-28.html?attr=rssSFNews), which provides new guidance concerning land trusts (due to the fact that special negotiated terms of business are no longer necessary to sell loans involving a land trust to FHLMC), as well as announcing updates to FNMA/FHLMC Forms 3044.1, 3185, 3244.1, 3522.44, and 3528.44 due to the recent approved amendments to Texas’ Constitution (see http://blog.docutechcorp.com/document-updates-various-texas-home-equity-loan-documents for details).
We are currently reviewing these changes to determine any impact to our document library and/or systems and evaluating any necessary changes. Any modifications we make will be announced on our website (http://blog.docutechcorp.com/category/document-updates).
