Document Updates: Statement of Purchaser or Owner Assuming Seller’s Loan (Cx21074)

Pursuant to our monthly audit of Federal Agency Forms, we will be making the following changes to Cx21074, to make it match the model form available through https://www.va.gov/find-forms/:

• • Changing the expiration date from “6/30/2020” to “7/31/2023”
  • Changing the revision date from “JUN 2017” to “JUL 2020”
  • Removing the contact number from the last paragraph
  • Other minor grammatical changes
