Document Updates: VA Compliance Inspection Report (Cx5402)

Pursuant to our monthly audit of Federal Agency forms and to match the model forms made available through https://www.va.gov/find-forms/, we will be making the following changes to Cx5402:

The VA has updated their VA Compliance Inspection Report. These minor changes include the bolding of section titles and updating the dates on the model form as follows:

• • Changed the expiration date from “10/31/2020” to “09/30/2023”
  • Changed the revision date from “OCT 2017” to “SEP 2020”
