New Document: HUD Addendum to Uniform Residential Loan Application (Cx24442)

HUD has published revised versions of some of their documents – most notably form HUD-92900-A, which has now been separated from the VA-copy of the same form (Form VA Form 26-1802a).

Due to this separation, we will be creating a new copy of form HUD-92900-A (Cx24442), which will be a duplicate of the latest version of the form (available at: https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/administration/hudclips/forms/) and will be configured to print under the following conditions:

    • Base Type (FI 2274) = FHA
    • Document Package Type (FI 18215) =
        • Closing
        • Initial Disclosure
        • Processing
        • Underwriting
    • FHA/VA Case Number Assignment Date On or After 03/22/2021 (FI 143078) = Yes

Details about the differences between this new version of the form and the previous version are outlined in FHA ML 2020-49.

In addition, we will be changing the configurations of our current version of form HUD-92900-A/VA Form 26-1802a (Cx20336), so that it will only print for VA loans after the March 22, 2021 effective date for use of the new version of form HUD-92900-A. The conditions are as follows:

          • Initial Disclosure
          • Processing
          • Underwriting
      • FHA/VA Case Number Assignment Date On or After 08/01/2016 (FI 102087) = Yes
    • Condition 2
      • Base Type (FI 2274) = FHA
      • Document Package Type (FI 18215) =
          • Closing
          • Initial Disclosure
          • Processing
          • Underwriting
      • FHA/VA Case Number Assignment Date On or After 08/01/2016 (FI 102087) = Yes
      • FHA/VA Case Number Assignment Date On or After 03/22/2021 (FI 143078) = No
