Document Update: Request for a Certificate of Eligibility for VA Home Loan Benefits (Cx3957), Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Worksheet (Cx5535), and Description of Materials (Cx17488)

We are updating the following VA Forms to reflect updates recently published by the VA. The affected forms are:

• Request for a Certificate of Eligibility for VA Home Loan Benefits, VA Form 26-1880 (Cx3957);
• Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Worksheet, VA Form 26-8923 (Cx5535), and;
• Description of Materials VA Form 26-1852 (Cx17488).

**Please note that changes to Cx17488 were made for VA Loan Type only.
