In 2019, First American Docutech began offering support for clients involved in Fannie Mae’s Community Land Trusts by creating Cx23607 Community Land Trust Ground Lease Rider. At the time, Cx23607 was based only on the model form for Fannie Mae, FNMA 2100. We have recently decided to also support Freddie Mac’s version of the Community Land Trust Ground Lease Rider, Form 490. This form will be an option on Cx23607 by setting Field 27242 “Documents to Use” to 2 (Freddie Mac).
