Document Updates: HELOC Deed of Trust – CA (Cx1362)

Docutech is updating the field associated with the “Mailing Address for Notices” line on our California HELOC Deed of Trust (Cx1362) near the bottom of the document where the Trustors request that a copy of any notice of default, and of any notice of sale be mailed to the address listed.

We have added document logic allowing clients to send fields for the specific address needed to receive notice (Fields: 35808 “Receiver Of Notice Address”, 35809 “Receiver of Notice City”, 35810 “Receiver of Notice State”, and 35811 “Receiver of Notice Zip”); otherwise, if the fields are not sent, we will continue using existing logic to print the borrower’s full mailing address (Field 15295 “Borrower Full Mailing Address”).
