Compliance News: Understanding California’s 2026 ADMT Rules and How They Apply to Docutech

On June 6, 2022, the IRS announced a draft form was available for a revised Form 4506-C and provided guidance as to major changes that needed to be made with an expected rollout date of December 1, 2022. On November 1, 2022, the IRS published an updated announcement setting the IVES/4506-C rollout to be extended to March 1, 2023. The announcement also specified a few minor changes and corrections to the form.
Docutech is reviewing these changes to determine any impact to our 4506-C and evaluating any necessary changes. We will announce further changes to the form and a rollout timeline in future announcements.
