Document Updates: Trustee Signature Lines for Trust Loans Added to Maryland Written Acknowledgment of Delivery of the Note (Cx16099)

Upon review, it has been determined that trustee signatures lines for trust loans will now be included on Cx16099 – MD Written Acknowledgment of Delivery of the Note.

As previously announced, Cx16099 is not a required document, but per Md. Code Ann., Com. Law §12-1013.2(c), Cx16099 can be used as conclusive proof that the borrower received a copy of the note. Adding trustee signature lines for trust loans reinforces the concept of conclusive proof.
