Document Updates: AZ HELOC Deed of Trust (Cx1374), DC HELOC Deed of Trust (Cx2167), and NJ HELOC Mortgage (Cx1359)

We have made updates to three HELOC security instruments.

Cx1374 AZ HELOC Deed of Trust – We have added a paragraph to indicate MERS is the nominee for the Lender when MERS is named as the mortgagee of record.  This language is consistent with the FNMA uniform instrument instructions for first liens.

Cx2167 HELOC Deed of Trust – DC & Cx1359 HELOC Mortgage – NJ – We have revised several internal document references to be consistent with the security instrument type (i.e., Deed of Trust or Mortgage).

These updates are available for testing on Stage and Stage 2 Servers and will take effect on February 1, 2024. Please direct questions to Client Support at 800.467.3584.
